Newton 11+ is an education platform built in the United Kingdom by Highend Software Ltd (referred to in this notice as "our", "us", "Newton 11+" and "we"), a company registered in England and Wales in 2012.

We use cookies to operate the Platform, keep you securely signed in, process payments through Stripe, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated third-party websites for our own profiling.
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. Without them you cannot sign in, access the dashboard, or sit an exam. They include the session cookie set by our authentication layer (NextAuth) and a CSRF token used to protect form submissions. You cannot opt out of these cookies while using the Platform.

When you purchase an exam credit package, our payment provider Stripe sets cookies to detect fraud, prevent duplicate submissions, and remember the state of your checkout session. These cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Platform. This tells us which pages are popular, where users drop off, and how features perform. Google Analytics sets cookies that assign your browser a pseudonymous identifier and record page views, events and approximate location. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymise IP addresses where supported. The information collected is processed by Google on our behalf in accordance with their privacy policy. We use the Meta Pixel from Facebook to measure how effective our advertising is, to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Platform, and to build similar audiences. The pixel sets cookies that allow Meta to recognise your browser and link activity on our site to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. Some features of the Platform involve third-party services that may set their own cookies. These currently include:
• Stripe handles payment processing.
• Google Analytics provides site analytics and performance.
• Meta (Facebook) provides advertising measurement and retargeting.
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy and cookie policy. We do not embed third-party social media widgets or video players that would introduce further tracking cookies.
